Authorization to test

Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate scope information and timely access to systems and contacts
- Maintain current backups of systems in scope before testing begins
- Notify us promptly of any changes to systems or testing windows
- Implement remediation at your own discretion and responsibility
Quotes, fees, and payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Fees, payment terms, and cancellation or rescheduling policies are set out in your Statement of Work.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information, findings, and reports as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. A mutual non-disclosure agreement is available on request.
Disclaimer of warranties
Penetration testing is a point-in-time assessment. While we use professional care and industry-standard methods, no test can identify every vulnerability or guarantee that systems are secure against all threats. The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Online Securitys will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited as stated in the applicable service agreement.
Intellectual property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Online Securitys and may not be copied or reused without permission. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use their reports for internal business, compliance, and insurance purposes.
